What makes TYGR different from other gyms and programs?
Therapy Yoga Gymnastics Rocks is a unique and fun experience! TYGR is not a recreational gym program. Licensed therapists provide individualized therapy sessions that focus on balancing the mind and body. Swinging from the parallel bars, jumping on the tumbling track and trampoline, playing in the foam pit and relaxing with yoga poses, TYGR has developed an engaging program that motivates and encourages children to have fun, while reaching their goals and unleashing their potential. Children gain relaxation of the mind and body and improve their sensory regulation, motor control, coordination, concentration, speech and language skills, and their confidence and independence.
